Also, your recipe is more likely to be featured on CalorieKing if the ingredients and instructions in it are clear and specific. Recipes which are 'ready to go' will be appreciated by our staff. For example, it's more helpful to us if you write 'cooked noodles' or 'dry noodles' in the ingredients list rather than simply 'noodles'. The same goes for packaging: '1 15 oz. can' is preferable to '1 can'.
